| Associate Director for Operations: This position will be held by an individual with specific knowledge of educational systems and models. He/She will serve as the Chief Operations Officer of the organization and will be responsible for the daily activities required to accomplish the organizational goals. | |
| Associate Director for Research: This position will be held by a senior research statistician. He/She will serve as the resident research design expert and work directly with the ED/PI. | |
| Staff Associates: This position is held by junior/entry-level research staff and support personnel. He/She will complete administrative tasks associated with any aspect of Center projects. | |
| Interns/Graduate Fellows: This position is held by graduate and undergraduate personnel pursing degrees related to Center activities. He/She will complete administrative tasks associated with any aspect of Center projects. | |
| Consultants: This position is held by personnel responsible for administrative tasks associated with any aspect of Center projects. Specifically, consultants will be utilized to assist the faculty in the ethnography unit with interviews and focus groups. |
